Governance
RAJA is governed through a collaborative model designed to reflect the diverse regional communities it represents.
Member organisations retain their own governance structures while participating in RAJA’s shared governance arrangements.
RAJA’s governance framework supports:
- collective leadership across regions
- transparent decision-making
- accountability to member organisations and communities
- alignment with regional priorities and cultural governance principles
A board comprising representatives from member organisations provides strategic oversight, ensuring RAJA’s work remains grounded in regional experience and community context.
RAJA also works alongside sector partners, policy stakeholders and government agencies to support coordinated justice reform.
